First 10 guests: $1250/night, extra guest $50/person/night (max 2)
Thanksgiving Week: $1600/night plus tax (5 night minimum)
Holiday Period: (Dec 18 – Jan 2) $1850/night plus tax (7 night minimum)
Rates do not include 12.5% VI Hotel Tax or $500 cleaning fee.

6 bedroom, 5 bath (sleeps 16)
First 12 guests: $1500/night, extra guests $50/person/night (max 2)
Thanksgiving Week: $1850/night plus tax (5 night minimum)
Holiday Period: (Dec 18– Jan 2) $2100/night plus tax (7 night minimum)
Rates do not include 12.5% VI Hotel Tax or $500 cleaning fee.
Regular Season | Villa Upstairs Apartment
3 bedroom, 3 bath (sleeps 7)
*Only available for booking 60 days in advance of the stay
Up to 7 guests: $850/night
Not available during Thanksgiving or Holiday Period.
Rates do not include 12.5% VI Hotel Tax or $350 cleaning fee.
Owner’s Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 3% service fee if paid by credit card.
Canceled bookings within 59 days of arrival will not receive a refund.
Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased here.
